Nicola has worked within the residential conveyancing sector since 2002 and has a wealth of experience in this market. Nicola oversees the technical development and training of our solicitors, paralegals and trainee solicitors to ensure that they are always up to date with their legal knowledge. Nicola has been with us since 2017 and in addition to carrying out a conveyancing role she also attends to the day to day management of the business.

Susan McGhee

In her role as Conveyancing Operations Director, Susan is responsible for the day to day running of our residential conveyancing department. Having qualified as a Paralegal in 2000 Susan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role. Susan has been with us since 1996 and completely understands the culture of the business and the needs and requirements of our clients.

Rebecca Thomson

Director of Remortgage Operations

Rebecca has been with us since 1999. In her role as Remortgage Operations Director, she is responsible for the day to day running of our remortgage department. Rebecca brings a huge amount of hands-on experience to this position having at one time or another carried out every role in her department. Under her charge our remortgage department has grown to become the largest provider of remortgage services in Scotland.

Steven has been with Your Conveyancer since 2003, and brings a significant amount of experience to the business. He is passionate about IT’s role in the development of the firm and is committed to the continual development of Your Conveyancer’s IT systems to ensure process efficiency. As part of the on-going development of the IT team, Steven spearheads Your Conveyancer’s commitment to ISO 20000, the IT Service Management quality standard, and ISO 27001, the IT Security Management quality standard. Steven ensures that staff knowledge of our systems and processes is maintained so that we can continue to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Steven is also responsible for analysing and refining our business processes in order to maintain our Lexcel and ISO 9001 accreditations in Quality Management Systems and to demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement.

Jacqueline Feeley

Having originally joined us in 2003, in her current role as Finance Director, Jacquie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Finance Department to ensure that it not only offers a first class service to our clients, but also complies with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Iain Hughes

Director of IT Development

Iain joined Your Conveyancer in 2007 from the leading case management software supplier LexisNexis Visualfiles where he was a consultant for eight years, leading IT projects for numerous legal and non-legal organisations. Iain is focusing his efforts on the continuing development of the company’s Case Management system and our Pro@ctive platform which are the foundation for our ongoing success.
