Sure Move®

In conjunction with one of the UK’s largest banks we are delighted to offer you our new, innovative and exclusive ‘Sure Move’ service. At an extremely competitive and fixed price cost this will enable our customers to move into their new home on for example a Friday morning and to complete the sale of their existing home on a Monday thereby making the process of moving hassle free.

In today’s conveyancing market it is increasingly common for lenders and solicitors to transfer funds electronically and this can lead to significant delays. Anyone who has experienced packing up their belongings into a removal van then frantically cleaning on a Friday morning only to have to wait until mid afternoon or later to collect the keys to their new home will welcome Sure Move.

Sure Move will enable you to collect the keys to your new home at the time you expect on a Friday morning and thereafter spend the weekend organising yourself at your leisure before handing in your keys and completing your sale on the following Monday.
