We envisage a world where all parties to a conveyancing transaction, solicitors, introducers, clients, surveyors etc all communicate and transact within a totally electronic environment. Your Conveyancer has already developed a totally electronic conveyancing service for our clients and their customers. This has significant benefits not only from the aspects of customer service and efficiency but also cost.

Automated Registration of Title to Land (ARTL)

In 2007 Your Conveyancer was one of only three legal practices in Scotland to be invited by The Registers of Scotland to participate in the live pilot of the Automated Registration of Title to Land (ARTL) scheme which is considered by many to be the forerunner to the roll out of e-conveyancing across solicitors in Scotland and have had a pro-active involvement with The Registers of Scotland throughout the ARTL project. In April 2008 Your Conveyancer carried out the first complete electronic transfer of title in Scotland using ARTL.
