ISO 20000 Accreditation

On 28th July 2008 Your Conveyancer achieved ISO 20000 accreditation and is believed to be the only legal business in Scotland and possibly the UK to have met this internationally recognised standard.

ISO 20000 is the international IT Service Management standard that enables an organisation to ensure that it’s IT service management processes are aligned with the needs not only of the organisation but also with it’s customers and with international best practice.
