Kyle Peddie

Following the demerger of the highly successful PSM Law Group, which Kyle co-founded in 1990, he was instrumental in establishing PSM Direct in 2006. Kyle is responsible for driving the development of the business along with the firm’s IT infrastructure ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the legal profession in our use of cutting edge technology. Kyle’s vision and entrepreneurial approach to the business sets the tone for the culture of the organisation and was recognised by him winning the Partner of the Year Award at The Scottish Legal Awards in 2005.

Pauline Peddie

A former partner with the PSM Law Group and former Director of the ESPC, Pauline brings with her a wealth of experience in the domestic conveyancing market. Pauline also sits on the Law Society of Scotland Conveyancing Committee.

Susan McGhee
Conveyancing Operations Manager

In her role as Conveyancing Operations Manager Susan is responsible for the day to day running of Your Conveyancer’s transactional conveyancing department in Dunfermline. Having qualified as a Paralegal in 2000 Susan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role. Susan has been with Your Conveyancer and formerly PSM Law Group for more than 12 years and completely understands the needs and requirements of both our clients and their customers.

Rebecca Thomson
Remortgage Operations Director

Rebecca has been with Your Conveyancer and previously PSM Law Group for 9 years and has steadily worked her way up through the firm to taking her current position as Remortgage Operations Director in August 2007 . She brings a wealth of hands-on experience to this position having at one time or another carried out every role in her department. Since taking on her new role Rebecca has been instrumental in the development of her department which has doubled in terms of completions in that period.

Steven Lilly

Steven has been with Your Conveyancer and previously PSM Law Group for 5 years, and brings a wealth of IT experience to the business. He is passionate about IT’s role in the development of the firm and is committed to the continual development of Your Conveyancer’s IT systems to ensure exceptional customer service and process efficiency. As part of the on-going development of the IT team, Steven spearheads Your Conveyancer’s commitment to ISO20000, the IT Service Management quality standard.

Iain Hughes
IT Development Manager

Iain joined Your Conveyancer from the leading case management software supplier LexisNexis Visualfiles where he was a consultant for eight years leading IT projects for numerous legal and non-legal organisations. Iain is focusing his efforts on the continuing development of the company’s Case Management systems which are the foundation for the company’s ongoing success.

Colin Mackintosh

With over 15 years experience in both legal and IT support services and as a qualified Paralegal, Colin ensures that staff knowledge of our systems and processes is maintained so that we can continue to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Over the last year, Colin has spent a great deal of time analysing and refining our business processes in order to achieve our ISO 9001 accreditation in Quality Management Systems and to demonstrate our commitment to continual improvement
