About Us - Our History

Formerly known as PSM Direct which was established in 2006 following the demerger of the PSM Law Group, Your Conveyancer has grown to become one of Scotland’s largest volume conveyancing specialists acting for major UK mortgage lenders, estate agents, mortgage brokers, IFA’s and builders.

From an initial staff of 35 Your Conveyancer now employs over 90, operating out of modern state of the art offices in Dunfermline.

Your Conveyancer, unlike many traditional lawyers is run as a commercial business focussed on client service, leading to greater efficiency, transparency and accountability resulting in a flexible, robust and profitable organisation.
